Health & Hip Guarantee
Guarantee Coverage:
HIPS
1. The dog must be owned by the original owner that purchased the pup from Kountryside Kennels
2. The dog must be x-rayed by 26 months of age and submitted to OFA for evaluation. Dogs x-rayed after 26 months are not eligible for replacement under the terms of this guarantee.
3. Dogs under the age of 2 years old age limit required by the OFA will not be replaced unless they are severely dysplastic.
4. Any dog used for breeding prior to x-ray confirmation and before 24 months are void of this guarantee.
Health
1. Health guarantee covers the dogs first 12 months (beginning at date of birth). Free from any terminal genetic defect.
2. Environmental conditions such as improper feeding or ingestion of unhealthy items, neglect, and like ailments are not eligible for replacement under the terms of this guarantee.
3. Any dog breed in this 12 month period are void of this guarantee.
Replacement – Our Guarantee is by replacement only.
1. Defective dogs will be replaced by our kennel for another dog of equal purchase price value and breeding.
2. Defective dogs must have veterinary documentation of severe dysplasia and or terminal genetic defect. These documents will be reviewed with our veterinary for confirmation and may require a second exam at Kountryside Kennels expense for confirmation purposes.
